A short, relevant technical or design exercise that reflects real work at Novilance — not a trick question or whiteboard puzzle.

Meet the team lead and potential teammates. We discuss how you work, how we work, and whether our collaboration style fits both sides.

If the fit is mutual, we move to offer. Onboarding includes project context, tool access, team introductions, and a 30-60-90 day plan.
