Sara Asadi

Sara is responsible for helping ensure that the products developed by Novilance meet high standards of reliability, usability, and consistency before they reach customers. She works closely with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the development lifecycle rather than treating quality assurance as a final step before release. Her work includes creating detailed test plans, validating new features, identifying edge cases, performing regression testing, and helping teams understand the impact of changes across existing functionality. Sara also contributes to automated testing using modern tools such as Cypress and Playwright, helping reduce repetitive manual testing and providing developers with faster feedback during the development process. She pays close attention to user flows and real-world scenarios, looking beyond whether a feature technically works to determine whether it behaves as users would reasonably expect. In addition to identifying defects, she works with engineers to investigate their causes and improve testing strategies so similar problems are less likely to appear again. Her focus on continuous quality improvement helps Novilance deliver software that is more stable, predictable, and ready to evolve as products grow.
