UI/UX Designer

The design team is responsible for shaping the visual language and user experience of the digital products developed at Novilance. Their work begins by understanding users, business objectives, product requirements, and the context in which an application will be used. From there, they develop user flows, wireframes, interface concepts, prototypes, and detailed UI designs that help the rest of the team understand how the final product should work and feel. The team places strong emphasis on simplicity and usability, looking for ways to reduce unnecessary friction and make complex workflows easier for users to understand. They also develop and maintain reusable design systems that provide consistency across different screens and products while making implementation more efficient for frontend engineers. Accessibility is an important part of their process, including considerations around typography, contrast, interaction patterns, responsive layouts, and keyboard or assistive-technology usage. Throughout development, designers collaborate closely with engineers and product managers, reviewing implemented interfaces and refining designs based on technical constraints, user feedback, and real-world behavior. Their goal is to create interfaces that are visually polished while remaining practical, accessible, and aligned with the underlying business and product objectives.
