Sarina is responsible for coordinating the people, processes, and communication required to keep Novilance projects moving efficiently from planning through delivery. As a project manager and Scrum Master, she works closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and clients to establish realistic goals, organize development cycles, track progress, and identify blockers before they affect delivery. She helps facilitate sprint planning, daily coordination, retrospectives, and project reviews while making sure that priorities remain clear for everyone involved. A major part of her role is maintaining transparent communication with clients, giving them a clear understanding of project progress, upcoming milestones, potential risks, and important decisions. Sarina also continuously looks for opportunities to improve internal workflows and make collaboration more effective as the company and its projects grow. Her approach combines structured project management with the flexibility of agile development, allowing teams to adapt to changing requirements without losing sight of deadlines and business objectives. By creating an environment where communication is clear and responsibilities are well defined, she helps the engineering team focus on delivering high-quality work while keeping clients confident throughout the entire development process.
