Overview
An AI-powered voice ordering agent and intelligent chatbot built for OfferCoffee, allowing customers to place coffee orders naturally by phone or through the website. The assistant understands customer requests, recommends products, manages the WooCommerce cart, and creates a seamless ordering experience 24/7.
Challenge
OfferCoffee wanted to automate customer ordering without sacrificing the natural experience of speaking with a barista. The solution needed to understand conversational language, integrate directly with WooCommerce, support both voice and web chat, and reliably manage shopping cart operations.
Solution
Built an end-to-end AI ordering system using OpenAI models and Python services connected to WordPress and WooCommerce. The project includes a voice AI agent for phone calls, an intelligent website chatbot, custom WooCommerce APIs, JavaScript frontend integrations, and PHP plugins that allow the AI to search products, answer questions, add items to the cart, and complete customer orders in real time.
